Lily holds an AIRC Cert IV certification and has obtained Fear-Free Certification, possessing solid animal care knowledge and a welfare-oriented care philosophy. She values the emotional needs of animals during treatment, paying particular attention to reducing their stress and fear in the hospital environment, and committed to provide a safe and comfortable care experience for every animal patient with gentleness, patience, and meticulous care. She is dedicated to continuous learning, having completed the (Advanced Programme in Veterinary Nursing of Zoo and Exotic Species [APVN]), to further enhance her skills in caring for various animal species.
Lily enjoys working at the animal hospital, collaborating closely with owners, veterinarians, and the medical team. She carefully observes the animals’ needs and helps communicate care and treatment information clearly, ensuring that animals receive appropriate diagnosis, treatment, and care. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, swimming, and traveling, relaxing and exploring the world through exercise.
