We urge pet owners to accompany their animals on their visit to see us. As medical conditions and treatment options are complex, this is the best way to ensure our team directly communicates and for you to have a clear understanding. In cases where complex or invasive treatment or procedures are required, we will not administer treatment unless the doctor has met face to face with the principal owner of the patient and received their consent.

For those driving, direct indoor access is available via the Wilson Parking of Victoria Centre on Watson Road. Outdoor car parks and street parking alternatives are also available on Watson Road.
By Public Transport:
By Taxi or Uber, drop off at main entrance of Victoria Centre at 15 Watson Road. Both the Fortress Hill (Exit A) and Tin Hau (Exit A2) MTR stations are 15mins walking distance.
