Species specific Isolation wards and protocol keep contagious diseases contained to protect other patients. Our wards and Intensive Care Units (ICU) feature direct oxygen supply, climate control and sound insulation, and are spacious to keep your pets comfortable.

Hot Ward
A special purpose “Hot” ward is exclusive to species like reptile and birds that require warm temperatures and humidity.
Within our hot ward set up we have our ‘Spa’ section the Aquatics Ward, features equipment specialized for fish and other aquatics.
Cold Ward
A lot of the species such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Chinchillas have an absolute requirement for low temperatures and humidity. We have a separate 24hr air-conditioned ward exclusive to this range of species.
